Seon-Jae and Lim Sol are on the way home in Lovely Runner: Episode 5. Lim Sol wonders how did Seon-Jae find her. He reveals he saw her on the bus. He yells at her for being doze off. She promises him that she won’t do that. He takes a look at her wet hair. He turns on the heater.
Lim Sol asks Seon-Jae if they met before. He admits it. He reveals she mistook him for the courier. She wonders if he visited her mother’s store. He remembers he rent a DVD from her. He pretends to sleep. They return home. Lim Sol says goodbye to Seon-Jae. She gets into her house.
She calls him from the rooftop when he’s sleeping in his room. He walks to the window. She asks him to come out of the house. He walks out of his house. She asks him to take a look at the rainbow. But he cannot see it. She uses the water to make the rainbow.
Bok-Soon passes by. She’s wet by the water. She yells at Lim Sol and she runs to the rooftop to chase her when she wants to beat her. The bra flies to Seon-Jae’s foot when the two lady have a fight. Lim Sol goes out. She’s going to go to school.
Seon-Jae is waiting for her. She’s surprised. He hands over the bag to her. She mistakes that it’s a present. But she finds out that it’s her bra. She closes the bag. She explains it to him that the bra belongs to her grandma. She follows him and she thanks him for saving her.
The motorcycle passes by. Lim Sol drags Seon-Jae aside to save him. They bury the time capsule under the tree together. Lim Sol asks Seon-Jae to open the time capsule with her in 2023. She lets him treat her as his older friend. He gets angry because he doesn’t wish to be her friend.
He remembers In-Hyuk told him that Tae-Sung dated Lim Sol for getting rid of another girl. He tries to tell the truth to Lim Sol. But he gives up the mind. She finds out that she doesn’t wear her tie. She worries that she will be punished.
Seon-Jae takes off his tie. He puts it on Lim Sol. Tae-Sung passes by. He sees it. The teacher scolds Seon-Jae with other students because they didn’t wear tie. Tae-Sung takes his friend to join Seon-Jae. Seon-Jae and Tae-Sung are punished to run. Tae-Sung’s friend sees that Tae-Sung likes Lim Sol.
Seon-Jae returns home when Geun-Deok is watching the swimming game. Geun-Deok cannot turn off the TV. He unplugs the TV. Seon-Jae walks into the living room. He sees his father standing next to the TV. He asks him what he’s doing. Geun-Deok explains it to Seon-Jae that the TV is broken.
Lim Sol watches the swimming game with her family. They talk about the swimmer won the gold medal. Lim Sol texts Seon-Jae. She asks him out. She invites him to go to watch a movie with her. They walk on the street. Lim Sol sees the swimmer on the TV. She takes Seon-Jae away.
They wait for the bus at the bus stop. The swimmer Tae-Hwan shows up on TV again. Lim Sol holds Seon-Jae’s head. She lets him look at her. They’re on the bus. The bus driver plays the news that Tae-Hwan got a gold medal. Lim Sol puts the headphones on Seon-Jae for letting him not hear the news.
Seon-Jae and Lim Sol are in the theater to watch the movie. Seon-Jae reveals he likes movies. He takes Lim Sol out of the theater because there’s a fire. She finds out that he knows Tae-Hwan got a gold medal. He tells her that he’s fine.
Lim Geum walks out of the acting class. Hyun-Joo gives the shirt to him. He’s very happy after knowing she bought him a new shirt. He hugs her because he worries that the bike will hit her. She’s startled to run away. Because she has feelings for him.
Lim Sol and Seon-Jae are on the way home. Lim Sol reveals she plans to be a movie director. They see Bok-Soon returning home with a guy. Lim Sol takes Seon-Jae to hide behind the truck. Seon-Jae returns home when Geun-Deok is cheering after he knew Tae-Hwan got a gold medal.
Seon-Jae persuades his father to watch the news on the TV. But Geun-Deok claims that the TV is broken. Seon-Jae turns off the TV. He tells his father that he’s fine. Lim Geum walks into Lim Sol’s room. He reveals there was a police box.
Lim Sol visits the cop. The cop returns the wallet to her. But he didn’t find her phone. She calls her phone. The guy picks up the phone. But he doesn’t answer her. She goes to the place where she lost her phone. She learns that there was a person burying a dead body there.
She tries to leave. But she hears the car key sound. She remembers she head the sound before when she was kidnapped by the killer. Lim Sol and her mother go to the market to buy apple. Bok-Soon smiles the apple. She thinks it’s not good.
Lim Sol remembers the apples dropped when Bok-Soon carried her home after she lost her legs. She persuades her mother to date the girl if she likes him. Lim Geum and Seon-Jae are cheering in the convenience store after the player broke a new record.

Lim Geum recognizes Seon-Jae because he saw him taking the drunk Lim Sol home. He punishes him and he learns that Seon-Jae isn’t Lim Sol’s girlfriend. He thinks Tae-Sung is very handsome because the guy put out the fire for them. But Seon-Jae disagrees to what Lim Geum said. Lim Geum continues to punish Seon-Jae. Lim Sol sees it. She’s furious to protect Seon-Jae. She blames Lim Geum for punishing Seon-Jae. Lim Geum has a fight with Lim Sol. Their mom stops them.
